Cancellation Policy

At MBMR (Mera Bharat Mera Ration), we aim to provide a smooth and transparent slot-booking experience for monthly ration distribution.
Once a user books a slot and makes the payment, the booking is considered final and confirmed.

Cancellation Rules

• Once a slot is booked, cancellation is not allowed.
   
• Users cannot modify or reschedule a slot after payment.
   
• We request all users to double-check the date, time, and details before confirming their booking.
   

Non-Refundable Charges

• The slot booking amount is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
   
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made by the user.
   

Refund Policy

While MBMR does not allow refunds for user cancellations, we ensure complete fairness if there is a technical failure during payment.

Refund / Wallet Adjustment Conditions

• If the payment is successful but the slot is not booked due to a system error or server issue,
  the amount will be automatically added to your MBMR account/wallet.
   
• This balance can be used for future slot bookings.
   
• No manual refund will be processed back to your bank, UPI, or card.
   

Important Points

• User-initiated cancellations are not eligible for any refund.
   
• Failed transactions will be credited automatically to your in-app wallet after verification.
   
• MBMR is not responsible for delays caused by bank settlement processes.
